This report focusses on the test of new concepts on the behavior of water pumps. These tests make it possible to record the performance curves (efficiency and pressure drops) for different pump models such as designs of volutes with adjustable and fixed height or turbines with blades of various shapes.
CFturbo was used to create turbomachine models and obtain correlations between performance predictions and real operation characteristics.
