A rapid design process employing CFturbo and ANSYS software was presented. CFturbo was used to create a parametric/ semi-automatic design for radial and mixed flow turbomachines. In conjunction with ANSYS, a stable process for performance predictions was established. The complete process is possible as one batch run.
